At Delegal Law Offices, P.A. our employment law practice is divided into two areas: consultation and litigation.
We provide consultation to employers and employees regarding employee management, labor relations and administrative law matters. We assist clients in interpreting the Fair Labor Standards Act, Family Medical Leave Act and Americans with Disabilities Act, Whistleblower, and other issues before litigation arises.
Employment litigation is approached in a similar fashion as other kinds of litigation. Cases are often very factual and require detailed investigations to hone in on the specifics of the case. We will present your case in a positive light, taking into consideration factual, economic and legal realities of employment litigation. Our goal is to ethically represent your interests to achieve a fair result.
